Azzura lidera a regata contra o Synergy
Após dois flighs os favoritos ao título da etapa de Auckland do Louis Vuitton Trophy começam a despontar. As equipes Emirates Team New Zealand, time local, e Azzura, vencedora da última etapa em Nice, lideram com duas vitórias cada. TEAMORIGIN, Artemis, All4One e Aleph Sailing Team computam uma vitória cada. Mascalzone Latino Audi Team e Synergy Russian Sailing Team ainda não venceram.
As regatas estão são válidas pela segunda etapa do Louis Vuitton Trophy. A primeira, disputada em Nice, na França, em 2009, teve a Azurra como campeã. Nesta etapa serão realizados um roud robin, semifinais e final. O campeonato segue até o próximo dia 21.
